If you fall a call in your Coverage Area, redial. Whether or not it’s answered within five minutes, give us a call within 3 months if you are a Postpay client, or within 45 times if you should be a Prepaid consumer, and then we’ll present a 1–minute airtime credit. If you are a Postpay client and you also lose Service in your protection Area for over a day in a line and now we’re to blame, give us a call within 180 times therefore we’ll provide a credit when it comes to time lost.
